Royal Varuna Yacht Club (RVYC) is hosting the 2010 Laser 4.7 World Championship, 2-10 April 2010 in South Pattaya, Thailand.

RVYC proposes to host a Laser 4.7 Pre-World Championship, 29 March - 4 April 2009, subject to ILCA approval. No NOR has been issued yet.

Entries must be at least 12 years old, but not 18 years old in 2009.

Entries will be limited based on availability of charterboats (to be shared by two sailors), and a ceiling on entries per district/fleet to be announced.

In due course, there will be a dedicated event website with link from the website of the Royal Varuna Yacht Club .

Pending establishment of the event website, Laser 4.7 sailors and Laser districts/fleets who may be interested in participating are requested to email their contact details.
